At Chino Creek Wetlands and Educational Park, you can stroll the 22 acres of land featuring a wide variety of California trees, greenery and wildlife. This is a great place to get kids interested in the outdoors as there are many ponds to explore, lots of things to climb and many thriving plants to learn about that provide habitat for local critters and birds.

Visit Chino Youth Museum

Located in the downtown area of Chino in a converted warehouse, the Chino Youth Museum is made up of several themed rooms including water conservation, science, farm life, cooking, art and more. All the rooms are stocked with fun activities centered around the theme.

Spend an Afternoon at Sycamore Canyon Park

Located in Diamond Bar, Sycamore Canyon Park offers lots of fun opportunities to burn off some pent-up energy. This park features a series of walkways that zig-zag their way from the upper playground down to the lower playground. The pathway then becomes a part of the playground itself when it merges into the walking trails. There’s plenty of good shade here for picnics and lots of nature and wildlife to explore.
